What I Do Here

I joined in 2024 to lead and scale SparkChange’s delivery and support capabilities. I oversee all client-facing delivery and support functions, ensuring a seamless, high-quality experience across every engagement. Since then, we’ve experienced significant growth in both our client base and our capabilities. My team is focused on delivering a world-class experience while solving complex business challenges that many vendors have historically struggled to address.

My SparkChange "Why"

Healthcare touches every one of us, our families, our friends, and our communities. The systems behind it should work seamlessly because the stakes couldn’t be higher. My “why” is rooted in making healthcare better through technology that actually solves meaningful problems. I’m energized by tackling complex challenges alongside talented teammates who care deeply about the impact of our work. At SparkChange, we have the opportunity to improve something that affects all of us.  That’s work worth doing!

What I Love About SparkChange

What I love about SparkChange is the combination of culture, capability, and impact. We’ve built an organization with exceptional teammates who genuinely care about one another and about the work we do. Our industry-leading approaches and technology allow us to solve problems in ways others simply can’t.  That translates directly into meaningful results for our clients.

Before SparkChange

I have been in the Healthcare Technology industry for nearly 25 years.  I served as both a senior consulting and operations leader in large and complex professional services organizations.  My focus is always on the people; both clients and teammates.  In my career, I’ve led multimillion‑dollar global service lines, driving revenue growth and margin expansion while building high‑performing teams. My experience spans major healthcare technology companies, where I’ve led strategic initiatives such as M&A integration, offshore expansion, service portfolio growth, and the implementation of professional services automation.

When I'm Not Working

When I’m not working, I spend most of my time with my wife, Ashley, and our two kids, Max (14) and Sophia (12), who keep us busy with their many sports and activities. Much of our family life revolves around practices, games, and cheering them on from the sidelines. I also enjoy working on our farm, which is both a passion and a great way to unwind. I’m an avid Kansas State sports fan and rarely miss an opportunity to follow the Wildcats. Outside of that, I love spending time outdoors hunting, fishing, and competitively shooting sporting clays whenever I get the chance.

Molly Maron

Jill of All Trades based out of Houston, Texas. I specialize in photography, videography, branding, and digital design. I am truly right brained-left brained, there's no doubt about it! I'm creative at my core, but think with a strong analytical mind. I look at everything from the eye of the beholder, and the users experience is more important to me than any thing else. I might be considered a "corporate junky" among my creative friends because I don't do things for the sake of creativity. I am a strategic thinker, with a creative flair, following the data, the analytics, the numbers, and the customer's voice in order to design, develop, and strategize.
