Where We Came From
It Started With Four People and a Whiteboard.
In the early days, it was just Sal, Monty, Craig, and Dung – working out of a basement, sending LinkedIn connections to anyone who'd listen, attending every meeting possible. No budget. No network of CXOs to call. Just a shared belief that the revenue cycle was broken in ways the industry had stopped trying to fix.
The mission from those early days hasn't changed. Neither has the approach.
We show up to do the work - not to describe it, not to hand it off, not to disappear when it gets hard. That's the culture that started in that basement, and it's the one that runs through everything SparkChange does today.
