What I Do Here

I am one of the original founders of SparkChange. I started out as the "charging expert" of the group, but with a technical background and an addiction to learning, I've taken on every challenge that comes our way. I use my passion for strategy and deep understanding of technology applications to solve whatever problems arise for our clients. Regardless of platform, I aim to bring a new lens to your issues and help you achieve the best business outcome possible with technology as the focus.

My SparkChange "Why"

With all of my professional healthcare experiences, I feel a responsibility to bring solutions that make sense to people. The system is designed for hospitals to fail because it's people fighting technology. I constantly challenge myself with the phrase, "If I can't help solve this problem, nobody can." The industry is VERY complex, and I love a good challenge. Still, sometimes, all it takes is breaking down the problem into its raw pieces and helping a client understand that the solution to a complex problem can be straightforward at times. We can only bring simplicity by understanding how to leverage technology to work FOR us.

Lastly, and most importantly, I like to win. I like to be the best, and I'm very competitive. My clients are my team, and we're fighting tooth and nail against any industry challenges. I will pour every ounce of brain power into a problem to get my clients the best outcome for their business. If someone ever says, "It can't be done," I accept that challenge.

What I Love About SparkChange

Aside from being a co-founder of SparkChange, my family has been raised in it. My 4th child was born into SparkChange. The company is an extension of my family. It's a team mentality in all things. When everyone else runs from the big issues, we take those head-on to support our clients.

Before SparkChange

Healthcare is all that I know. I spent 4 years working in a support role for clients figuring out how to solve broken technology problems (builds, designs, workflows, etc.). I realized at that point that with my understanding of how to fix things, I really understood how to design them initially to prevent issues, so I shifted to a more strategic role to get ahead in the design phases for clients and prevent issues. As part of the design phase, I discovered the amount of work that clients had put on them to make a clean design work perfectly. I knew at that point that SparkChange would be needed to provide a much stronger lift for FTEs to drive the value that I envisioned for our clients.

When I'm Not Working

I'm a father of four (10, 7, 6, and 4), so I stay plenty busy with kid activities and family get-togethers. I help coach football, basketball, and baseball year-round for my kids. I enjoy playing video games with my brothers and brother-in-law. I enjoy playing basketball whenever I can spare the time. My competitive drive flows through everything that I do, so I enjoy having fun, but I do prefer to win!

Molly Maron

Jill of All Trades based out of Houston, Texas. I specialize in photography, videography, branding, and digital design. I am truly right brained-left brained, there's no doubt about it! I'm creative at my core, but think with a strong analytical mind. I look at everything from the eye of the beholder, and the users experience is more important to me than any thing else. I might be considered a "corporate junky" among my creative friends because I don't do things for the sake of creativity. I am a strategic thinker, with a creative flair, following the data, the analytics, the numbers, and the customer's voice in order to design, develop, and strategize.
