What I Do Here

I joined SparkChange in 2023 to help build a market presence for a young company with an extraordinary early track record of success in providing real value to Clients.

My SparkChange "Why"

I am deeply dissatisfied with the failure of the industry's current approach to performance improvement and its ability, especially in the revenue cycle, to produce sustainable change. Too often, after costs are reduced and processes realigned, the project ends along with the progress. Healthcare is caught in a vicious cycle of improvement and regression that needs to be fixed.

What I Love About SparkChange

The founders and those who followed here are absolutely committed to the intersection of technology and services, using data to quickly identify solvable challenges and true automation (not bots) to permanently fix those challenges. I'm so proud to be a part of a company that actually delivers on our commitments and creates the highest level of client satisfaction I've been associated with in my career.

Before SparkChange

I've spent almost 30 years in this industry that I genuinely love. My career has been incredibly fulfilling, with opportunities to operate across the continuum of small, feisty startups to entrenched billion-dollar companies and consulting firms. I'm also proud to serve as an Executive-in-Residence at the Health Management Academy.

When I'm Not Working

I live in Overland Park, KS, with my wife Mary, and the last of our three kids still at home. We are enjoying our last few years of chasing a kid around the country for soccer events, and we love entertaining at our home. I've become a collector of sorts in recent years, with an interest in bourbon and watches. I do more looking than buying, but it allows my mind to focus on something other than work for cherished bits of time.

Molly Maron

Jill of All Trades based out of Houston, Texas. I specialize in photography, videography, branding, and digital design. I am truly right brained-left brained, there's no doubt about it! I'm creative at my core, but think with a strong analytical mind. I look at everything from the eye of the beholder, and the users experience is more important to me than any thing else. I might be considered a "corporate junky" among my creative friends because I don't do things for the sake of creativity. I am a strategic thinker, with a creative flair, following the data, the analytics, the numbers, and the customer's voice in order to design, develop, and strategize.
